Referral Fees
We are pleased to offer our customers a range of additional services to help them with moving home. None of these services are obligatory and you are free to use service providers of your choice. If you decide to use our services, please be assured that this will not increase the fees you pay to our service providers, which remain as quoted directly to you.
If you choose to use a service provider recommended by Payne & Co, we will receive the following referral fees, which are all subject to the addition of VAT at the prevailing rate:
For Conveyancing Services through Setfords Law Ltd we receive a fee of one hundred and fifty pounds per case, for Conveyancing Services through Taylor Rose Limited we receive a fee of three hundred and fifty pounds per case and for Conveyancing Services through Juno Property Lawyers Limited, we receive a fee of three hundred and fifty pounds per case.
LBR Financial Solutions trading as Home of Mortgages receive procuration fees from mortgage lenders in the event of a successful transaction. As the amounts involved vary according to the lender and mortgage case, Home of Mortgages customers will receive confirmation of the referral fee upon instruction and confirmation of the amount as soon as this is known. We receive twenty five percent of all brokers fees, an average fee of one hundred and fifty-six pounds per case.
