Ken has worked in the property business since 1987 and opened Payne & Co in May 1997. He says "Estate Agency is a people's business, we have always tried to offer a more personalised service to all our customers, this has proved extremely successful for us"

Having grown up in a family-run estate agency, Payne & Co, Tom developed an early understanding of the property industry and customer service. In 2011, he joined the business full-time and has since gained extensive experience across all areas of the company. Over the years, Tom has built a strong knowledge of the local property market, developed lasting client relationships, and refined his negotiation and sales skills. His hands-on experience in both operational and customer-facing aspects of the industry has given him a well-rounded understanding of estate agency practice. Today, as Office Manager, Tom oversees the day-to-day running of the office while leading the sales department, ensuring a consistently high standard of service and successful outcomes for clients.

Imran is a dynamic and dedicated estate agent with a passion for helping clients achieve their property goals. With several years of experience in the estate agent industry, he has developed an in-depth understanding of the local property market, making him a valuable asset to both buyers and sellers.

Bil began his career as an estate agent in 2012, and over the years, he has built a reputation for his calm demeanour and professional attitude. With extensive experience in the estate agency industry, Bil is well-versed in all aspects of property transactions. His ability to remain composed under pressure ensures smooth and successful dealings for his clients. Having worked for a number of well-known corporate estate agencies, Bil has honed his skills and gained invaluable insights into the estate agency market. Recognised for his exceptional service, he consistently goes above and beyond to meet the needs of his clients. His dedication to maintaining the highest professional standards has earned him the trust and respect of both colleagues and clients alike. Graham has worked as an Estate agent since 1989 and joined Payne & Co in 1999. He has gained a vast knowledge of Ilford and the surrounding areas and is an active member of NAEA & ARLA. Graham has worked solely in Lettings & Property Management since 2000.

Colin has worked in the property business since 1997 and solely in Lettings & Property Management since 2000. Currently working as Letting Manager, he prides himself on his integrity and calmness under pressure.

Leticia is a dedicated letting agent with a keen eye for detail and a passion for helping tenants find the perfect home. With her friendly and approachable manner, she makes the rental process smooth and enjoyable, ensuring both tenants and landlords feel supported every step of the way. Leticia’s commitment to exceptional service makes her a trusted and valuable resource for anyone looking to rent a property.

Jo joined Payne & Co 1997 and is now considered part of the furniture. Formally a sales negotiator, she is now running the rental administration department.
